My wife and I purchased our first home with New American Funding and could not have been more pleased with the thourough and efficient process. Thank you Robin Nelson for your knowledge and detail of explaining things to us! And thank you to all the staff who helped along the way as well. Everything went smooth and as quick as it could, especially during the holiday Weekend in July. We love our new home and couldn't have done it without you!

Charity was extremely helpful throughout the process of obtaining a loan for a new home. When things got bogged down or I had questions about what was going on, I could always ask Charity and she would either get the ball rolling again or find out what was holding things up. She seems to really care about the people she is helping and worked hard to find the loan that would best fit our situation. I wasn't always too happy with the underwriters and document people behind her, but I would highly recommend Charity if you do chose to go with NAF.

Just closed on our condo! Thanks to Sean Alexander for guiding us through our unique situation and all the obstacles it created. He and all the staff at New American Funding were absolutely dedicated to helping us achieve our dream of home ownership. We just refinanced our home with help from Patricia Chaffin who was our Loan Consultant. She truly delivered the "WOW" factor and was absolutely amazing. When my wife and I were starting to think about buying a house, we contacted Thomas and he offered to sit down with us to walk through everything that we would need to do in order to buy our house. We knew nothing about mortgages, down-payments, closing-costs, escrow, title-insurance, etc..., and Tom was extremely patient with us and is extremely knowledgeable about the options available in the mortgage industry. <br/>We worked with Tom from the beginning of our housing search, all the way through to closing and moving into the home. He was always extremely helpful, supportive and truly went above and beyond for us. We eventually found a house that was for sale-by-owner that was perfect for us. Given that we did not have a realtor, Tom did everything that he could to ensure that we were not making any mistakes during the process of buying our home. He was responsive throughout the whole process, always taking my calls so that I could ask him for advice or ask him questions. He checked in with me regularly while our offer was pending, letting me know that everything was progressing smoothly. My experience was excellent throughout the entire home buying process because of Tom.
