All I can say is that this is the 3rd time I refi my home and use Neil Orozco as my Loan Officer. He is very knowledgeable, personal and responsive. He is a great asset to New American Funding and anyone that does business with him. I will continue to refer him to anyone seeking to refi or purchase a home. Each Loan Processor has been just as wonderful to work with and most recently, I worked with Albert Barajas who was also top notch. Ryan was great! Probably the easiest part in our home buying process. Dealing with a difficult seller and multiple changes in closing dates, he was able to close the loan on time. Highly recommended!

Kash is absolutely a pleasure to work with. Not only is he responsive, helpful and knowledgeable ; he also has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease with the whole process. Refinancing was seamless and quick. I highly recommend working with him for any needs you have for your home~!

Alex Michaels Ramirez with NAF gave me some bad news. He said I had some late pmnts on my credit record that needed some time to fall off. He said he would contact me in 4 mos to re-visit my qualifications. 4 mos later he contacted me, just like he said he would do! He got everything started, then handed the baton to Albert Barajas, who continued with rest of the process which I thought went quickly (approx. 3 weeks). Once all was completed, Albert arranged for me to sign docs on a Saturday, due to my crazy work schedule, with a notary who came right to my house. She (Shannon) was personable & pleasant to work with. She was even able to answer questions I had, not just slide papers in front of me to sign. Everyone was courteous & professional, but not clinical! I would recommend NAF to anyone I know.

I have gone through Phil Martinelli at NAF on two separate refi's and I have been very satisfied with both outcomes. They were quick and easy. Approximately six weeks from start to finish. If I ever had a question Phil and his team, Ashley Adams and Travis James Connely, were available at all times by phone, email, and text.<br/><br/>Great team at NAF!!!

We worked with the NAF team of David Cotner, Stacey Reh, and Robyn Daughenbaugh in the purchase of our new home. Since we were out of state the team made ESigning easy to accomplish and we proceeded through the 6-week process rapidly. They kept us up to date with the stage and status of our loan. Dave was on top of when additional paperwork was needed and very informative and flexible with alternative ways to meet deadlines when the ESigning system would crash. We will tell anyone buying a home to use this team.

I used to be under the impression that a refinance would be a long and tedious process. Working with our loan officer Jeff Singleton and loan processor Sonya Guzman couldn't have been any further that impression! Not only did I receive an excellent interest rate, but the speed and efficiency executing the close was second to none from this team. Generally if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I've just been blown away by this entire process and how painless they made it. I would recommend anyone looking for a loan or refinance to not hesitate to use New American! (Ask for Jeff Singleton!)

Jaime is one of the most professional persons I have ever met to do business with. He was willing to walk us step by step through our loan process, gave us examples and scenarios of what to expect. Showed us all our options and kept on top of the market making sure we got the best rate possible. Always kept us up to date on what was happening and thoroughly explained everything that we needed clarification on. I highly recommend working with Jaime, he made things so easy and all transactions went smoothly from start to finish as a result of his knowledg.
