This is my second time refinancing with New American Funding. I have my favorite loan officer Paul Stafford, and processor Jose Rodriguez Flores. They are the perfect team together. They respond same day to all inquiries, provide excellent customer service and make you feel like you're a very special client. Should I re-finance in the future, I will call my favorite New American Funding Team. They made this a smooth transaction and I'm so grateful to the both of them. NAF should be proud to have them aboard !!
