Dirk was excellent! Dirk and his staff cleared hurdles that came up. The hurdles themselves (regarding the amount of documentation that is now needed) were not of his making, but when they arose, he helped solve them in an personal and helpful manner. He is very responsive!!!

Having worked in Customer Service with the US Postal Service for many years, I found Anthony to be on top of his game. I can envision Anthony to excel in any endeavor he sets his mind to achieve. I would highly recommend Anthony to my friends and families. He was able to save me money on refinancing my home loan to which I am truly grateful. Way to go Anthony! Dave Cotner in the Lake Havasu City, Az. branch was very good. I worked with him on prequalification through loan process for the purchase of my new home. I sold my previous home and we closed concurrent with my new purchase. Everything went smoothly. My realtor referred me to Dave, she had dealt with him on the selling end of a transaction and she was impressed with his promptness on the buyers side.
