I think the most notable part of this buying experience was that I never felt "in the dark" about what was happening with the loan. The use of electronic communication expedited the transaction and made it very convenient, while never feeling impersonal. I received personal care from Danielle, and other members of the team. I never felt like I was "just" a customer but more like I was a valued friend or family member. I can't speak highly enough of Danielle & New American!

I had the pleasure of working with Blue twice in the last year. First, when I purchased my home, and then on a refinance to get a lower rate a year later. It wasn't easy qualifying for my initial purchase - I don't make a lot of money. Blue worked very hard to make it happen for me. I felt like he had my back.
