Carl was honest from the beginning of the loan application what would be involved and the steps of the process, based off of his analysis of my credit history and fairly recent divorce. In complete honesty, I was not sure being a new home owner was something I could do at this point, so close to a divorce, however, Carl told me he could make it happen. Well, he did. He gave me my homework and I handed it in on time. He graded that homework and the end result was the closing on a New home. I am now a home owner, for the very first time on my own in my 45 years of life and I cannot type what a positive feeling that provides. If Carl tells you that he can help you on the terms he sets up front, count on it. I did not use a realtor, as the seller did not want to use a realtor, so that made it even more difficult for Carl, because he had to answer some questions realtors generally have already discussed with buyers. He did not try to play realtor, and disclosed that he was not a realtor, but he gave me the confidence to find the answers or guidance on things he had experienced in relation to my purchase. I have had an extremely positive experience with Sebonic Financial on my primary residence REFINANCING.
