Whatever he told us the day we met , he made it happen. We closed on time, the money that we needed based on his calculation , was still same amount till we closed. No surprises, no hidden fees. . He is very honest and knowledgeable as well as communicate to us very well. He answers all our questions excellently and honestly. The best part is, we don't have to pay the closing cost.

Bruce and his team were on point with our loan. They were very quick to respond to emails (lots of emails) when we had questions about the process and what progress was being made as we got closer to the purchase of our home.
