We first used Kathy last year to refinance our home for a lower interest rate. At that time everything went smoothly and Kathy was always there to answer any questions or help with any concerns I had. When we decided it was time to upgrade went back to Kathy with no hesitating. Again was a wonderful experience. Not only is she professional but also very helpful and makes you feel comfortable through out the entire process. Overall, obtaining a house loan is mind numbing due to the seemingly never ending paperwork. Working through Blue at least made it bearable due to his easy going personality and ability to put up with an "old" guy who doesn't like the complexities of life today.
