Because of the type of loan we were requesting, there turned out to be several complications during our processing. One of the complications was, three weeks before we were scheduled to close, our first lender said they could not help us. Usila and her team not only provided the loan we wanted, they did it within the time frame required.

Todd handled my initial mortgage and then the re-finance. This is the first time with New American Funding. Each time he has been supportive and the entire process has been smooth and pain-free. This time with New American (we go where he goes) it was even superior to the normally amazing service, with automated emails letting us know when we passed significant stages and regular notifications and updates. Any issues were handled professionally. We're busy and this was certainly appreciated.
