The process was seamless and Steve's team assisted me every inch of the way. A majority of our transactions were over email and worked out great as my work takes me overseas, they didn’t find this an issue and worked with me until we closed on the house. Steve answered any question I had and elaborated in great length on what I needed to be done to get my numbers where it needed to be to ensure the underwriters approved my loan. I'll be using Steve from this point forward for any future purchase

Required documents are not as complicated compared to those financial compared . Teresa as my loan officer is very easy to deal with. She came to me when needed even it's out of working hours already just for me to complete and submit documents immediate processing of my loans
