Sean and his team kept me informed of the status of my loan. I had an unusual circumstance and at first glance was not initially qualified for an FHA. Sean and his team new this was not correct and helped remedy the situation. Best of all I have a 3.25% interest rate...couldn't be happier

His team was also very friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. As everyone knows, there's already enough stress when buying a new home. And we were concurrently selling one, days apart. It was a tricky deal, with lots of last minute changes and addendums. Dirk was there for us every step of the way. Always available (does your wife like the job you do, Dirk? ;) - at least one very late Friday night, and very often before and after business hours. Remarkable. Friendly, and really, really knows his business. Third loan with Dirk, and I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Dave helped me twice to get my mortgage loan refinance to lower my interest rate from FHA loan and from FHA to conventional loan with very competitive interest rate. At first I was hesitant to make a commitment but along the process he explained to me all the details I need to understand and he answered and cleared all the questions I have. He is superb, all transactions are very transparent and he is very professional. I even called him during his vacation and answered my call right away without any hesitation. After 2 refinance from him, I am able to put more cash in our pocket and spend the money on some other family needs. I was refused by several lenders due to my low credit history but Dave was able to change my loan from FHA to Conventional loan. Me and my family are very thankful that I met him.
