Jay has always kept great communication and the loans have closed either before or on the expected date. This is the second house I've purchased with Jay Verburg, my next one will be purchased with him also. That says it all.

I really like Jay and love working with him. He consistently follows through and does an excellent job communicating with me and with the buyer. I can't ask for more than that. He also worked with his team to make sure everything was processed correctly and on time. He even went the extra mile to contact escrow so that we didn't have any problems as we approach closing day. I highly recommend Jay.

Jay Is a true professional. He was extremely knowledgeable on lending options and took the time to understand our personal needs. I was blown away by his precision and presentment of the data after he ran several pricing scenarios. We were able to lock in a lower 30 year rate and it was easy and hassle-free.

Tai did a great job following up with me. Love the video emails and the consistent communication. He was available when I had questions and very responsive to my inquiry. Movement Mortgage has an easy online application system and I will use Tai in the future!

Tai Starr. I don't recall how or why we were referred to him, but we're so glad we were! When I first started the process to get pre-qualified, we spoke with Tai and unfortunately my credit score wasn't quite there. Tai told us what to do to get the score where we needed to be, and... bam it worked! We ended up doing a For Sale by owner, so we didn't have a real estate agent to help us along with the process. Tai was SO helpful by answering tons of questions along the way with our home buying experience! So thankful for his dedication and assistance through the crazy and stressful times of buying our first home. By the way it was a VA loan, and a veteran helping a veteran made it even more special. Sean and his team did an outstanding job of lining up our mortgage financing. Their creativity allowed us to avoid paying MIP and saved us a ton of money. Their communication was excellent and they delivered our financing ahead of our deadline which allowed us to close a week earlier than planned. The interest rate and costs were exactly as promised. I can strongly recommend Sean.
