Prior to this refinance we had applied with our prior mortgage company and it is the worst experience I have ever had. I took a chance and called your company and was lucky enough to get Winston, he made me feel comfortable, explained everything in a way that I understood, kept me informed at every aspect of the loan. In addition, I cannot express how friendly and comfortable he was to work with, I will definitely make sure I keep his name and number handy and refer to family and friends.
