After losing my Ernest money and appraisal money due to a prior company doing my first mortgage. I was very hesitant of who I would trust the next time around I started shopping for my next mortgage company. And after talking with Ron I could see he knows what he is doing. He was honest and looked out for my best interest. It has been 6 months now in my new home and I could not be happier with the service I received.

Bruce and Brooke and the whole team honestly made this experience so amazing. Start to finish and every speed bump in the middle, they were there to answer questions, and give me advice. Both answer their phones extremely quickly and respond to emails promptly. Absolutely couldn't have found a better loan officer to guide me through my first home purchase. Couldn't have been happier.

Jennifer, followed up with me and asked me questions to make it easier to get qualified for a home loan. I've worked with several lenders prior to working with Jennifer and I was the one doing the follow ups and asking about my loan status. While these other lenders gave up and told me "NO", Jennifer found other ways to get me qualified. I enjoyed working with Jennifer and her staff.
