We have six properties & have refinanced them many times over the last thirty years, but this experience with Scott Twombley was by far, the best yet. He kept us informed at all times, was friendly, really made us feel he truly cared about doing the best job he could. We want to do ALL our houses with him & New American Funding in the future. From day one, Jeff has ALWAYS made himself available. In fact, Jeff was on vacation out of the country and still responding to my emails. He's a true professional. Jeff made this whole process seamless, and very stress-free. If you choose to refinance or purachase a home. I strongly recommend Jeff. He was there with me through the whole process from beginning to end. It was great working with him and I'll definitely give him a call again in the future if I choose to purchase another home.

It was my first time buying a home. He explained everything to me in great detail. He took the time to explain everything and insured I had no question.
