Neil was fine, always answered the phone, got right back to us. The problem came with the other supportive staff or lack there off. Chris Huyhn disappeared, Paola was just slow, The Maureen was just sarcastic, process really bogged down after first 2 weeks, ended up being a 10 week process. Need to fine tune your closing process, we had to contact the Closing people twice before they received anything from New American Funding.
