All questions were answered. Everyone we talked to was polite and pleasant. They did everything they could to make this transaction easy and painless. They kept us informed every step of the way. The only thing left to find out is how they handle our account as time goes on (our first payment isn't due until JAN 2017). Mack Davidson was our main contact, and we were always able to get in touch with him or (as in the case where he wasn't feeling well one day) another person he designated.

It's not that the service was poor. It was good. It use to be simpler and more personal. It's difficult doing a Refi' without meeting who you're dealing with.
