Communication from lender and Mr Leahy were excellent. Procees was easy and fast. Never left in the dark as to where we were in the process. The on line paperwork and signature helped to spped the process. When I did have a question, Ryan was always available by phone.

My husband and I refinanced our home loan recently and chose Ryan as our loan officer. We couldn't be happier that we chose Ryan. He was thorough, honest and very helpful as we went through the process of refinancing. We're very happy we chose Ryan to do our loan. You won't go wrong with him!

From the beginning Greg made it clear to contact anytime with any questions. Throughout the process he was always accessible. If he couldn't take the call then we were communicating via text messaging. He even helped with some issues that were not a part of our home financing.

My boyfriend and I worked with multiple loan officers/lenders in the process of trying to obtain our home loan and Charity is, without a doubt, the best! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, effective, efficient and kind! We were first timers and she made complete sense, never got impatient with us and never made us wait for anything. Prior to Charity we attempted three different ways to get our home, we were in Escrow for 75 days but when things turned over to Charity, we started over and it took ONE attempt and three weeks to close and move in. She went above and beyond to make our home loan happen. It was obvious that Charity and her team were not only knowledgeable but they truly care, I would now consider her my friend and I will refer anyone and everyone to her.

Jon is the most amazing person to work with! We were struggling with a low credit score but really wanted to purchase a newer home ASAP. In just a short amount of time, Jon helped us to raise our score more than 100 points! I recommend Jon to all my friends and family, he really is the BEST!
