Callum MacKinnon worked to communicate in a clear and timely fashion, was patient w/ questions & explanations, and consistently maintained a courteous, respectful, down to earth disposition. The challenges occurred once the deal was off Callum's desk, in closing. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but some info was missing/incorrect by funding date, and I was asked to spend a long time retrieving, printing, re-signing and sending a bunch of paperwk under a deadline. So, it was "just ok."
