Amber was very on the ball! She was kind and organized. I knew I had some credit issues but Amber never made me feel bad, she just explained how to fix it. She mad the whole process fun and not scary!

Eric was very respectful and polite in dealing with me. Anytime I called he answered or called me back. Everything happened in the time frame he said it would. Payments were exactly what he quoted over the phone. I have only positive comments to make about Eric Hines and New American funding. We are getting our new kitchen and some other energy efficient upgrades only because of you and your team. Fantastic and easy experience.
