I did two loans back to back, one with Todd and one with another lender. The underwriting process is always arduous, but Todd's counsel made the difference between the two experiences like night and day. Todd is excellent at answering questions in a way that is clear and reliable, which allowed me to have accurate expectations about the process. I would recommend him to others, and I would go so far as to single him out as the rare lender who has made a difficult process much more manageable.
