Mack was great; however, after my transaction was passed to the next person the service dropped dramatically. I would often struggle to get a hold of anyone. I would receive little response from Ashley most times. I would call Mack often for assistance. After a while and some complaining about the lack of clear communication, it became a little better. Thanks.
