The reason this transaction was the easiest refinance that I have ever had. There were no issues with the final closing process. We have had other companies have issues with the final closing paperwork right up until the day of closing. Funds were wired when they were supposed to be wired on the day that was promised. Also the status updates provided helped to let us know what stays the loan was in. This is something that was never provided by other companies.
