Taylor was a true professional. He helped me through my first home purchase and was always timely on his responses. He also always quoted me fair numbers that were always in the ball park of actuality and gave me some guided advice at key times to help me ensure closing went off without a hitch. It was apparent his end of the deal was squared away at the table when the closing agent was praising him for having everything in line and not causing last minute problems that must be the norm.

Real Estate is complex and confusing in the state of California, Randy broke it down for me in a way that I could understand and feel safe about making such a big purchase. I also felt that I was guided and protected from getting myself into a financial situation I could not afford. I would frequently check with Randy to see if a certain property price range was in my budget and he quickly gave me answers so I could make a good decision. I would work with Randy again in the future.
