Kelly was prompt, polite, and incredibly efficient with handling our loan. When another loan agent (from a large AZ bank) failed to return my calls in a prompt manner, I turned to Kelly. Within minutes she had me mortgage estimates, loan details, and had answered all my questions/concerns about going from a 30 to a 20 year loan. When dates approached, she emailed and texted me personally to keep me in the loop. There wasn't one moment where I felt my questions went unanswered. Wonderful!
