Brent was a pleasure to work with in purchasing our new home, and we'd use him again without hesitation. My husband had made several previous home purchases and worked with various loan officers, and he was impressed with Brent and his team's responsiveness and expertise - when things got complicated with our qualification, Brent had sound recommendations to navigate to approval. For me, the mortgage process itself initially felt quite overwhelming, as I had very minimal experience in the home-buying process. I had a lot of questions along the way, and Brent went out of his way to make sure I understood all the pieces of the process. He replied right away to emails/calls, even reaching out to us beyond business hours to make sure we were informed and had our questions answered quickly. We would entrust Brent and his team with any of my friends and family - in fact, I had already referred several friends to him even before our closing! In a complicated and sometimes overwhelming field such as mortgages and home-buying, finding someone great is invaluable. I just refinanced with Roy and it was fantastic. We hit a snag with the appraisal and he was knowledgeable enough to know how to challenge it and he successfully remedied the issue. I have personally referred several of my friends, and even my mom and brother….all have been 100% satisfied with Roy and their results. In addition, there have been several times over the last few years I have asked Roy if I should refinance and he told me to hold off…even though he could have made money if I did. This level of honesty, knowledge and skill is incredibly rare, especially in the mortgage industry.

I really can't think of anything that Michelle Merino could have done better. From my initial loan application to closing every step of the process was explained as we went along. She was in constant communication letting me know how everything was proceeding and keeping me updated. Everyone on her team was very professional and informative. Everything she did for us was smooth and quick.
