Sam did a great job of helping us through the process. He gave us a number for closing costs on day one and stayed true to his word. We ended up with a very good interest rate, and good advice to go to a 15 year loan. Although the process seemed a bit extended, it was clear that this was not because of Sam but in spite of his continual monitoring. He kept us informed and we felt that he really cared. Although I should have said this earlier; Thanks Sam.
