We built our dream home in 2016 and finally closed on it in September of 2016. Taylen and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we were aware of everything that was happening and understood the process. Definitely recommend using him and his team, they will not take NO for an answer !!

The online document submittal process and communication of expectations was far from optimal. There was not clear communication on what documents needed to be completed by both me and my wife versus just one of us. Also, the request that online documents be submitted the same day as the request was made (and if not then wet signed) was annoying. This could be more easily addressed by planning and communicating the process better.

Joe and his lovely assistant Brenda (extremely patient) went above and beyond for me and my family. Based on my unusual situation I was unable to get any lending institutions to work with me. Joe and Brenda took personal interest in us and by the pure grace of God and their expertise, we are able to stay in our home! Even after the loan documents were signed I still had a few questions... they answered them with their continued excellent customer service. We consider Joe and Brenda family now!

Brian kept the program moving forward through the road blocks that arose. The only issue that I feel should have been addressed was a failure of the appraiser to conduct the appraisal properly. They were not held accountable for their failure but I was made to pay extra for their mistake.Epic fail on their unaccountable behavior. Can I submit a survey on them?
