Nadia was very supportive throughout the year long process that it took to purchase our new home. She helped us along the way with last minute letters of approval and kept our files updated so when it was time for the underwriter to approve our loan, the process went quickly and smoothly. I got the new loan on the house. Teo Valencia with new American funding help me to get the loan on my house. He made so easy for me to complete my loan from beginning to the end.
