I was refinancing my mortgage at a time that my loan was underwater. Another staff person was handling my loan and in the middle of the process, the staff person advised me that he no longer worked for the company. I had been encountering delays and difficulties while dealing with the staff person. Mike stepped in and assured me that all would turn out well regarding my transaction. Mike was courteous, efficient, effective and very professional. My loan closed earlier than anticipated!
