Kurt is the best mortgage lender I have ever dealt with. Items always arise and Kurt not only has the answers to deal with them, but they are completed in a very quick fashion. Kurt and his team really know what they are doing and the always meet their commitments. I would absolutely recommend Kurt to anyone who is looking for a lender.

My great experience began with real estate agent Valerie Ocon. Her outstanding professionalism and friendly demeanor, explaining the process, showing us homes, and naming funding options, one of them being New American funding, which I chose and pleased I did. Nick Kreager loan officer kept me informed and helped me through the process with e-signing documents and any questions I had. This is my second time purchasing a home, and did not have the same experience as I did with your team. kudos!!!

Service was excellent. Our only concern was that we felt excessive documentation was required when our credit score is high. paid off many loans, and we have more then enough assets to cover the new loan.
