This was a challenging refinance! Although I almost gave up several times, Joe never did. Perhaps the thing that impressed me the most was I always got a prompt reply from Joe with every email I sent him--whether it was after hours or weekends or during regular work hours. His bosses and supervisors need to be aware of his value to the company, and his work ethic and dedication that should be the role model for others!

Joshua Wilson made the procedure as clear as could be. I was so misinformed on a reverse mortgage and Joshua walked me through from beginning to end. He was always available to answer any questions I had and certain explanations I did not quite understand, he was very patient with me and made sure I had a clear understanding when he went through it again. The time frame from beginning to monies being funded was amazing! Joshua kept me informed every step of the way. Great Guy!
