Dan was prompt and honest with most of his communication. He supported his answers with evidence and data. The one thing I would recommend, is when asking about closing costs, is to confirm the TOTAL closing cost. Dan quoted one aspect of the closing cost to me, when in actuality there were other fees associated with it that was not included verbally. So it creates a misconception to the truth. That is the only shady event in the whole process from beginning to end.

Blue and Adam were available to answer any questions I had. They worked quickly to approve my loan. All the necessary documents can be uploaded online (disclosure documents can be signed online as well, so that was very convenient and fast). The appraisal process went smoothly and took very little time (less than 2 weeks from the contract date). It's like Blue said, their job is to make it as easy as they can for you.
