I spoke to Jacob today and we decided not to move forward because I am currently underwater. He did however direct me to a state agency that I was able to get information about lowering my payment even though I am in the situation I am. I think that this level of service is amazing and I look forward to referring him to my friends and family and hopefully working with Jacob when I can in the future.
