It was funny, I kept waiting for something to go wrong since my last few times going through mortgage lending always had some catastrophe part way through. It was easy, straight forward and fast. And no last minute problems.

Mary Palmer was awesome! She walked us through the whole situation. She answered all my questions (over and over!), and never hesitated to contact me with any needed guidance. She volunteered to meet me at the signing which was definitely not the experience I had with the purchase of my first home. She looked over (and recalculated) all the numbers that were being read to me by the notary, and explained them as we progressed. I was extremely pleased with Mary's expertise and she is SO pleasant! We definitely look forward to working with her in the future!
