Rochelle is the best. Very detail oriented, excellent at communicating and follow up, and she delivers what she promises. There was even a moment at the end I needed a shoulder to cry on because of something unexpected that came up (not loan related), and she was there to lend a friendly ear and comforting support. Love her!
