Kevin was very professional. We did have a very bad experience before refinancing one of our other homes. So we were very hesitant in doing it again. We asked around to some of our friends and American funding was recommended to us. When we called and talk to Kevin Ushman we felt very comfortable moving forward. He calm our fears and concerns with refinancing. He took down our information and we started the process. What Kevin said was going to happen did happen in about 35 day. Thank you
