The process was very quick, smooth and painless. The only reason it took as long as it did was due to delayed responses on my end. Emil was very professional and helpful every step of the way. He made extra strides to make himself available for questions and concerns beyond what one would consider normal office hours. I never once felt pressured or strong-armed into going through with the refinance. There were even times when he recommended against particular actions solely in my best interest

Bruce is a very knowledgeable , prompt and courteous professional. He led me through every aspect of my transaction with NAF.
