Armando really went above and beyond to work with us! The process is long, but he made most of it feel effortless. He has a great personality, very polite and courteous; but most of all attentive! Jody was constantly available to me and made the entire loan approval process so simple. Jody was able to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. There were many moving parts and stressful times. Jody was a very important role in this process and I don't think I could have picked a better Loan Consultant to help me with the purchase of my first home!
