My experience was overwhelming in the beginning never having to do this before. I was nervous and anxious, but John walked me through it several times. I called him with every thought in my head and he took the time and the patience to explained everything to me again and again. Tzvi was an excellent listener to our concerns and made excellent suggestions. We were so pleasantly surprised how easy this was compared to other experiences over the years.
