After dealing with a big name bank for two weeks and still not receiving an approval I contacted Neil. Neil was able to process my loan quickly and sent it to underwriting for a quick approval. I bought my new home from a sale-by-owner and Neil was able to explain the process of dealing with escrow and communicating with the seller which was a tremendous support to me. I have told my co-workers, friends, family and even the UPS staff how fabulous my experience has been!
