I am a first time home buyer, so I had a lot of questions about whether a first time home buyer program was for me, or if an FHA or standard mortgage was better. Kole talked me through the pros/cons of all of my options, so that when I decided to apply for an FHA mortgage, I felt confident in my decision. He and his team have been in touch with me every step of the way. When I sent an email, I always received a response in less than 24 hours and many times it was much sooner. Everyone I worked with took the time to answer my questions and they were wonderful working with my real estate agent. I really could not have had a better experience. I have already recommended Academy Mortgage to a friend and my parents. Buying for first home can be overwhelming and they have made the process anything but.

Maria was super-communicative throughout the entire re-fi process. While I have re-financed before, Maria was the consummate professional as she led me through the whole process. Up-front, she told me what to expect along the way, gave some general guidelines and recommendations, and was quick to respond to whatever questions arose. I couldn't have been more happy to have her on my side.
