Personal connection; we felt like we more than just "customers", but rather they were concerned with our well-being and ensuring we had a pleasant customer experience. Dedra was very persistent throughout the process. She didnt mind riding the emotional Rollercoaster that goes with closing on a property and her feelings seemed to be very genuine. I'll will never forget that. She was as excited as i was to finally be able to close on my property.
