we tried some other loan company's and no one would work with us but she did and now we have great house we love. she was on the ball about everything letting us know what was going on in every step. This is the second place I bought throw her and if we buy another someday will go throw her again. Throughout a process as major as purchasing a house, the most important thing in my opinion is to receive plenty of feedback, support, and reassurance that everything is going well. That is exactly what I got when working with Janet. I would reach out daily and could always count on Janet responding promptly, answering any questions I had, as well as guiding me though the ins and outs of what to expect. I never felt overwhelmed.
