From the very beginning Eric was kind and very helpful. He walked us through every step of the process in a manner which was clearly understandable and transparent, and was always willing to answer our questions and put our concerns to rest in a timely manner and there were a lot. And I truly feel that he did his best to get us the lowest rate possible. Overall he made the whole process of refinancing so easy and comfortable to do.
