Jeff was great, he made my refi go very smoothly. The only thing that went wrong was when the notary didn't show up to our appt but that's not Jeff's fault. They should have refunded the amount paid for my wasted time and missing an important event for no reason. Other than that I was very pleased with Jeff and his team, always courteous and professional.
