Lenny said we could close in 30 days and we did. He kept on top of everything and the process was flawless. There seemed to be more paperwork requirements than I've had in the past, but I'm guessing the housing bubble had a lot to do with that. My real estate agent was really impressed with Lenny and will be referring clients to him.

Larry was very dedicated to my file! Working above and beyond what I've experienced in my past purchases! He kept in contact weekly, if not daily! Im very happy that I got to work with Larry. I went through this house buying experience on my own as a single parent working full time. I honestly don't know if I would have made it through the process without the amazing help and support from both Carl and his entire team.
