I can be somewhat difficult to deal with at time and Cheri handled all of my questions and comments with knowledge, factual information and professionalism. I had previously had a very bad experience with New American Funding due to issues with another loan officer and processor. This time around, Cheri and Terrilee were fantastic and turned my experience around.
