Jeff Singleton was quite knowledgeable about the refinance. He was quite helpful as the process went along. The other personnel were also quite good at their level of expertise. Jeff Singleton kept me informed with every step of the refinance process. I an glad New American has him for his position. More like Jeff and people would not have difficulties refinancing.
