We had a difficult escrow... our buyers continually delayed the process, and it was very stressful. Wendy and her team were right on top of every change, and made it as easy for us as they possibly could. They even tried to help cover the costs of the rate lock, although at the end they couldn't. They were really great, and worked really hard. They were very appreciated.
